Oct 29th - Costume Party
Spaghetti Dinner on Friday, Oct 27th and all proceeds go to Military Missions for their Christmas care packages to deployed troops! If it's been awhile since you've been to the post, come see us this Friday!

In person event is on Sunday, November 7th at 1pm. (The virtual event runs 6th-7th only if you are participating off site)

Lt. Hugh W. McKee Monument
Join us as we re-dedicate Naval Lt. Hugh McKee's monument in the Lexington Cemetery. McKee was killed in 1871 in Korea (Corea). Please bring a lawn chair. Rain or Shine. You can find more info HERE.

Pie Eating Contest - Fundraiser
VFW Post will have a pie eating contest fundraiser on Friday, November 19th at 8PM. All participants will need to sign up no later than Sunday, November 14th.
 
How does it work?
 
Each pie eating participant will pay $5 to cover the cost of the pie and automatically receive 20 tickets into the Grand Prize Drawing. Each participant will have their name on a jar and everyone else can purchase tickets for $1 each to but in the person's jar that THEY think will win the pie eating contest. After the winner has been named, that participant will receive another 10 tickets and everyone who placed tickets in their jar will all go in the Grand Prize Drawing!

Thanksgiving Food Drive 
We have started collecting thanksgiving food items to create baskets for those in our community. If you know someone who is in need of food for thanksgiving, have them click HERE and fill out an application.
